Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase receipt date. Purchase receipt date will be the date that the shippers tracking indicates parcel delivery. All clothing/accessories must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and tags must still be attached, free from tamper. Shoes must be UNWORN, undamaged, and in all original packaging. Original shipping fees are not refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. Exchanges will ship back to you at no charge. Items that are too small or too large can be exchanged for either another size or for store credit only.
FINAL SALE ITEMS: All items that are discounted are final sale. All international purchases are final sale. All orders shipped to a US based international forwarding company will be considered international purchases and are final sale. All preorder items are final sale. All special order items are final sale. All sales beyond 14 days of purchase receipt date are considered final and are not eligible for return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
In order to return an item, you MUST FIRST EMAIL US at kolapopboutique@yahoo.com to receive an approval. Please include in your email the reason you are returning or exchanging, and be sure to include your original order number. If exchanging, please also indicate which style & size you would like to exchange for. Unfortunately we cannot hold items for exchange or guarantee that an item will be in stock once we receive and process your order.
Once your return has been approved, please return the item(s) with original packaging and be sure to send us the tracking number. We will only accept returns postmarked within 14 days of purchase receipt date. Please include a copy of the original invoice with package and circle the item(s) you are returning.
All items returned to our facility will be subject to an inspection before return will be authorized. All returns are either accepted or denied at the sole discretion of Kola Pop. If an item is denied it will be shipped back to the buyer at the buyers expense. If an item is accepted, exchange or store credit will be approved less shipping on original order.
Kola Pop is not responsible for returns made without previous approval, and cannot guarantee that your account will be properly credited.
